If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased online, you may return the item within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, gift wrap, or other charges.

The item must be returned in good condition, in original packaging (whenever possible), and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure full credit. After 30 days, please contact the manufacturer directly.

Credit

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. If an Online Gift Certificate was used, the refund amount will be applied to your Online Gift Certificate. You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.

Returns to our Online Store

It's easy. The packing slip in your package will contain detailed instructions for returning an item. Here are the basic steps:

• Pack the item securely in the original package, if possible.
• Enclose the bottom portion of the original packing list with the item. Be sure to keep the top portion of the packing list for your records. If you cannot send your packing list, please include your order number, billing name, and address with the item.
• All products must be returned in good condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure full credit.
• All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
• For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return. Ship the return package to:

• Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to the warehouse.
• You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product.
• Gift returns will receive an Online Gift Certificate in the amount of the returned item.

• Products should be returned within 30 days of the date of receipt.

• Shipping and handling costs, gift-wrap costs and other charges are non-refundable.
• We will not accept CODs or third party billing for returned merchandise.

• If you choose to return your online purchase to one of our retail stores, you must present the original packing list, ship confirmation e-mail or your online purchase receipt displayed during Checkout. Without a receipt of any kind, you will be issued a gift certificate (or exchange) for the most recent selling price of the item.
• Online purchases may not be returned to PTM stores.
